Ljori Fra Steinnessi: Ljori's name is pronounced "yur-ie" and means "dormered window". Ljori was born in 1996 and imported in 2000. Ljori is our newest Icelandic, purchased in 2009, he is truly a project horse. Ljori is extremely shy and untrusting. His behavior shows some suffering from heavy handed training or abuse in his far off past. He also hasn't been ridden in several years.

Ljori has made significant progress in a short amount of time. He's starting to open up in the herd and his extreme intraverted personality is now opening up and revealing a fun and spirited little guy on the inside! He has also been showing some amazing movement in his gaits during our ground work.
