Stjarna Litla-Hofi: Stjarna is owned by our friend Jo, and lives on our farm. Stjarna's name is pronounced "st-yarn-a" and means "star". Stjarna was born in 1989 and Jo imported her in 2005 after a trip to Iceland. Stjarna has lived the hard life of a trekking horse in Iceland. Jo rode her during her trip and fell in love with her sweet nature and smooth gaits. Despite the farm's attempts to get her to buy a younger horse, Jo just couldn't think of leaving this wonderful girl behind.

Stjarna is perfect for anyone to ride. She will take care of a beginner and will also give an advanced rider a really fun trail ride. We call her the tank, eagerly going over and through anything put in front of her. She's truly a dream trail horse.
