Taktur Fra Kviarholi: Taktur's Icelandic name means "rhythm." He was born in 2001 and imported from Iceland in 2005. Taktur is a ham and a handful. He's also quite tall for his breed standing at 14.2 hands. Taktur is Heather's Soul horse. They have a connection like no other. Taktur has come a long way from the insecure horse he was since Heather started working with him using natural horsemanship.

His fun loving nature puts him in first place when it comes to playing. His best buddy is Hersir and he's always trying to instigate playtime by nipping and rearing. He can be very persistant when it comes to getting his way! Taktur loves new people and will be the first to come and say hello. Watch your pockets though, his top lip is like a finger and he'll reach right in and root around looking for treats!
